At Scot Kilt Store, we aim to make your shopping experience risk-free and worry-free. If you’ve received an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you expected, our return and exchange process is simple and straightforward.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange most items if they are the wrong size or color. However, custom-made or engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturer's defect is found.
How to Exchange:
For the fastest exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired replacement item and then returning the original item for a refund.
Alternatively, send the item back to us and request an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process and ship the replacement. This usually takes a few days to 1–2 weeks, depending on return shipping time.
For international customers, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unsuitable item for a refund.
Combine Shipping:
If you’re planning to exchange an item, feel free to add additional products to your new order. You’ll only pay shipping once for the combined order.
Return Policy

Return Conditions
Custom or engraved items cannot be refunded unless they have a proven manufacturer’s fault.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and labels attached.
Items should be free from odors, pet hair, and must be folded neatly and sent in secure packaging.
International Returns
For customers outside the EU:
Mark your package as “Returned Goods” on the outside and on customs documentation. This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
